n9999 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and n9999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They apply to all use of the n9999 website at n9999.vu and any associated mobile applications, including the Android app.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms without reservation. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy and any sport-specific or game-specific betting rules in force at the time of your activity.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotion rule, the specific rule will take precedence for that activity unless stated otherwise.

To register and use n9999, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. n9999 is strictly an adult platform. Anyone found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any funds held subject to review.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf — not a company, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of n9999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. n9999 does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific location.

n9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

Each player may hold only one account on n9999. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential at all times.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party who has accessed your account with or without your permission.
• Notifying n9999 promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your contact details, including mobile number and email address, remain current and accurate in your account settings.

n9999 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any communication claiming to be from n9999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All deposits on n9999 are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process. The following payment methods are supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits; credited quickly after confirmation.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits; credited quickly after confirmation.
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers linked to your CNIC or mobile number.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from any Pakistani bank account.
• Mobile Wallets & Debit/Credit Cards — where applicable and available within the platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. n9999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposits are generally credited to your n9999 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Any delays are typically on the payment provider's side rather than the platform.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are paid out in PKR only, to a payment account registered in your own name.
• You must have completed any applicable identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly — often within minutes to a few hours following approval. Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• n9999 may request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts or if unusual account patterns are detected prior to processing.

n9999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if the request was made in error or if a verification requirement has not been satisfied. You will be notified in such cases.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on n9999:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once accepted, odds are locked in and will not change even if the market moves subsequently.
• Bets placed on cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant cricket board.
• In-play (live) bets on cricket are subject to a brief delay between bet placement and acceptance to prevent exploitation of faster data feeds.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum number of overs or play required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in the specific event rules.
• Obvious pricing errors — where an odds value is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — will not be honoured. Affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• n9999 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market, at any time, for any account, without providing a specific reason.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event — in cases where live betting is not active — will be voided.
• Football, Esports (CS2, Valorant, Dota 2) and other sports markets are governed by sport-specific rules published within the relevant betting section of the platform.

The n9999 live casino streams real-dealer games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game show titles. Slots and other casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) from established game providers.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by the game provider's RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the dealer's actions in the studio. n9999 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be settled based on the outcome that occurred in the studio. No refund is given for disconnections once a bet has been accepted by the system.
• Technical malfunctions that prevent a game from completing as intended will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned. If the game completed successfully, the outcome stands regardless of any display issue on the player's device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and may vary by title and table.
• Some casino games and live tables may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance windows or due to provider-side issues. n9999 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime.

n9999 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards and event-specific promotions tied to PSL and T20 World Cup seasons. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly published alongside the offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The required rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire automatically.
• Eligible games: Not all games may contribute equally — or at all — towards wagering requirements. The eligible game list and contribution rates are set out in the promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, IP address and payment method unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on n9999. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or using false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, access games or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use n9999 for any financial activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or Esports betting markets.
• Using a payment account that does not belong to you, or funding your account from a third-party source.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing n9999 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, probe or interfere with the platform's infrastructure, security systems or data.

n9999 cooperates with relevant authorities where required and may share account or transaction information in connection with investigations into financial crime or fraud.

n9999 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is enjoyable and within your personal means. Betting and casino gaming carry financial risk and are intended as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following tools are available to all account holders through the platform settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; increasing a limit takes a cooling-off period to take effect.
• Session reminders: Set time alerts to notify you when you have been active on the platform for a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from the platform — from 24 hours to several weeks — without closing your account permanently.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform. During self-exclusion, your account will be closed and you will not be able to re-register for the stated period.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for your own private entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post or distribute any platform content without explicit written permission.
• Use the n9999 brand, logo or any associated marks in any context without prior authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data — including odds, results or user data — from the platform by automated means.

n9999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the maximum extent permitted, n9999 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses from sports betting or casino play.
• Service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, third-party provider failures, internet connectivity problems or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any loss or damage caused by a security breach that results from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

n9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity or at the player's own request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. In all other cases of closure, any verified and withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding reviews are complete.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the n9999 support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within a few business days. You are responsible for withdrawing any available balance before or promptly after requesting closure.

n9999 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
